 njoy light breakfast\, live music\, table discussions and connections.\n 	
 Childcare is free for 10 &amp\; under.  Includes playtime\, healthy snack

 oject by volunteers at CHD Middle TN to surround new and future moms with 
 a modern-day village of love\, support and wisdom.\n\n\nSpeaker Bio\n\n\nT
 his quarter at Mentor Moms\, we look forward to welcome speaker Maureen Di
 az\, sharing an in-depth perspective on healthy living with a focus on Anc
 estral Diets. Maureen Diaz\, wife and mother of 9 amazing people\, spent y
 ears of homesteading and raising her family's food while studying and prac
 ticing regenerative farming\, nutrition\, and non-toxic healing modalities
 . In 2001\, this led her to the work of the late Dr. Weston A. Price and t
 he foundation bearing his name\, for which she has both volunteered and wo
 rked for a number of years. Since that time she continues to learn\, and 
 shares wither others what she finds to be true and effective. In 2021\, Ma
 ureen co-founded God's Good Table alongside her daughter\, Erin. Their goa
 l as always remains this: to help others in the building and recovery of g
 ood health for individuals and families\, while educating others in simple
 \, regenerative practices for small-scale growing of foods\, the preservat
 ion and preparation of these foods\, and using food as medicine.\n\nA Virg
 inia mountaintop is now home to the Diaz family\, where together they enjo
 y gardening\, hiking\, kayaking\, and welcoming people from near and far t
 o their table. Guests will learn how to prepare a nourishing bone brother 
 with recipes using this foundation for optimal health.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n\nCos
 t\n$5 cash registration fee per person will be collected at the event.\n\n
