Maureen Diaz\, wife and mother of 9 amazing people\, spent y ears of homesteading and raising her family's food while studying and prac ticing regenerative farming\, nutrition\, and non-toxic healing modalities . In 2001\, this led her to the work of the late Dr. Weston A. Price and t he foundation bearing his name\, for which she has both volunteered and wo rked for a number of years. Since that time she continues to learn\, and shares wither others what she finds to be true and effective. In 2021\, Ma ureen co-founded God's Good Table alongside her daughter\, Erin. Their goa l as always remains this: to help others in the building and recovery of g ood health for individuals and families\, while educating others in simple \, regenerative practices for small-scale growing of foods\, the preservat ion and preparation of these foods\, and using food as medicine.\n\nA Virg inia mountaintop is now home to the Diaz family\, where together they enjo y gardening\, hiking\, kayaking\, and welcoming people from near and far t o their table.
