SHF Gathers Signatures To Request TN Review of COVID Vaccines

The Tennessee Director of the national nonprofit organization Stand For Health Freedom (SHF) launched a signature gathering petition on June 4. Their goal is to gather 10,000 signatures to submit with a formal petition to the TN Joint Government Operations Committee (J-GovOps), asking for a review of the COVID-19 vaccines. J-GovOps has the authority and the responsibility of reviewing Department of Health policies and they can summon department heads, such as the Commissioner of Health, to answer questions.

OUR STAND: AT-A-GLANCE

• Do you want the TN Department of Health to stop promoting COVID-19 vaccines and to educate the public on their dangers?
• WE can make it happen if WE make enough noise, and that means we need 10,000 of YOU to sign a request for the Joint Government Operations Committee (J-GovOps) of the General Assembly to hold a work session on COVID-19 vaccines.
• The J-GovOps Committee is responsible for the reauthorization of the Department of Health (DOH), and for the periodic review of DOH and its administrative rules and regulations. The DOH is now:
  1. Promoting the unsupported and potentially dangerous claim that it is safe for babies as young as six months old and pregnant women and thus their unborn children to receive a COVID-19 shot, new RSV vaccine, and a Flu vaccine at the same time.
  2. Promoting that the COVID-19 vaccines as safe and effective despite their failure to prevent infection or transmission, the increased risk of infection with every dose, and unprecedented levels of injury and death as reported to every vaccine adverse event surveillance system in the world.
  3. Failing to inform Tennesseans that COVID-19 shots are not licensed for children under 12 and are still Emergency Use Authorized (EUA) only.
  4. Promoting the new RSV vaccines and monoclonal antibodies as safe and effective despite red-flag safety signals in clinical trials, post-marketing injury and death reports, and lack of long-term safety studies.
  5. Engaged in conflict-of-interest partnerships, especially by participating in a formal alliance with the vaccine industry by membership in the Association of Immunization Managers (AIM), where former TN immunization director Dr. Michele Fiscus, who was fired for marketing COVID shots to minors, now works as the medical director, charged with increasing COVID shot uptake in children under age 5.
• The problem of misleading marketing  (often by omission of critical facts about the targeted infection, the promoted product, and alternatives to the product) by the DOH is not new or isolated to our state, but during COVID, the problem escalated and became visible to the public, destroying trust in public health messaging. Congressional investigations into COVID have been revealing disturbing broad and deep layers of deception at the NIH, CDC, FDA, DOJ, the White House, and more.
• Trust will never be restored as long as the individuals at the helm fail to provide full and accurate facts to the public and direct everyone employed at the department to do the same. At the federal level, the CDC is modeling and disseminating false and misleading information. We need our state public health agency to provide critical checks and balances to federal agency messaging, not parrot them without question or scrutiny or be a marketing arm of the drug industry.
